Second Career Coaching
There are situations in which a second career is a personal choice over full retirement from your previous career or your career change is one made from an internal desire for change, but for many others it's an essential next step borne out of circumstance. Either way it's a big decision.

Early or Partial Retirement - which road do you take?List Item 1
You may have built up a sufficiently sized pension pot or completed enough years service in certain professions to take early or partial retirement but want or need to work until full retirement age. This could be any age from as young as 45 upwards thus making it possible you could be in a new career for over 20 years, so it's worth investing the time and seeking the right support before choosing which road to take.

Retirement from the uniformed servicesList Item 2
Whether it's the Armed Forces, Police or Prison Service many "time served" men and women who retire have the desire or need to take up a second career. Despite the support that may be available to them prior to retirement through their own associations the decision as to what to do next can still be daunting and a difficult one to make. I have worked closely with ex-service professionals and their families and understand the difficulties faced when entering "civie street". So please do get in touch if you'd like to know more.
